Peregrine: Merrimack St. perch

October 8, 2015 in Near the Clock Tower

One of the peregrines was seen this morning on a short protruding steel beam above 250 Merrimack Street on the south side of the building just below the roofline.  This is a favorite morning perch and provides abundant morning sun and warmth!

Peregrine: Woburn

The Woburn Peregrines frequently choose to hang out in a number of nooks and crannies on a vertical rock ledge.  At times, they may be partially hidden by the shade of outcroppings or nearby vegetation.  It’s always nice to scan and find them in some of these hideaway locations!

An afternoon visit to the Ayer Mill Clock Tower under bright sun and blue skies provided nice views of one of the Lawrence Peregrines!  The peregrine was just loafing and remained perched during course of twenty minute visit.
